I have been living at Keele Street for more than 10 years. Signet has managed this building for a long time. I am so happy, I love the pool and my building. The service, the maintenance, the property!!!

Everything is amazing! I am not moving anywhere, anytime soon!!!

Talking about their head office, I love their office and it looks so gorgeous! Jag (The receptionist) she is the best, she is scared of my dog but she always still helps me always! So does Kerri!

I truly wish there was an option to leave more than a 5-star review, because Princess, our agent, absolutely deserves it. She was not just incredibly helpful and supportive, but also remarkably easy to communicate with throughout our entire moving process. Her dedicated assistance was invaluable, making our transition to the 5600 Shepard Ave E apartment significantly smoother and less stressful than we ever anticipated. We are so grateful for her guidance and expertise, and I would recommend her highly without hesitation to anyone seeking exceptional service.

BEWARE. Neighbors of Signet Group Properties BEWARE.
0 STARS. SIGNET GROUP has twice caused damage to our property and twice provided only empty promises, ignored us and taken no action.
Two years ago they caused the collapse of our fence, which resulted in empty promises from senior managers, and nothing done to resolve the matter. They committed to compensating us for the damage and than reneged on their commitment.
Last week they decided to try again by forcing a 9+ foot snow and ice pile against our fence on our property, again we have received empty promises and no action.
ANY PROPERTY OWNER WHO IS NEIGHBORS WITH A SIGNET GROUP PROPERTY SHOULD BEWARE.
The above is my opinion based on my experiences with Signet Group and can be backed up with pictures and records of communication.

I am a tenant at 200 Ridley Blvd. Since this company took over the building it got so bad, that I am embarrassed to invite people to come over.
It got much worse since they hired a new property manager to replace Daniella.
There are rats running in the premises.
It is very neglected and unsafe.
No appropriate lighting during night so you have to pray not to get hit by a car every time you have to walk outside.
No ventilation system so there is a constant bad smell.
No option to talk to the property manager as they do not share their contact information. Superintendent does nothing and claims it is not his responsibility. He is very busy with doing Uber deliveries and is barely on site.
STAY AWAY
Once you move in Signet is not returning your calls, and you only hear from them if the Rent money is not paid on time.
5 stars reviews are fake. They are even too lazy to make it look authentic so that all the attached pictures are from the head-office and not from the actual properties. I have no idea who is this Jag person who is so praised, but I would suggest she is not very sophisticated with creating fake reviews.

We are tenants from 2233 Hurontario Street. We came to head their head office today for help. Jag at front desk is amazing and she helped us. signet Group is a great property management company in GTA. We are happy to be tenants here.

I have a friend who lives at one of their properties. Her A/C broke during a heat wave. Techs came, did not fix the issue, and somehow left the heat running instead, forced on overnight. My friend could not turn it off, and it stayed that way all night because according to Signet, this "did not constitute an emergency." Appalling. This could very well have turned into a medical emergency. They deserve to be sued.
