We have lived in Silvercreek Towers for nearly two years and have had a very positive experience throughout our stay. The building is consistently clean and quiet, with the corridors maintained daily. I worked primarily from home during this period, and the peaceful environment was ideal for a job that requires focus and concentration.

The building manager, Lori, has been kind, approachable, and very responsive. On the rare occasion that any issue arose, it was resolved promptly. If you are looking for a well-managed and quiet place to live in Georgetown, I would highly recommend Silvercreek Towers.

We have lived here for10+ years and have been through alot of management teams and by far Lori has been the best property manager along with her staff. Lori has made us feel very comfortable here and is always attentive with our matters and her and her staff always keep the buildings cleaned and maintained. They always attend to work orders once they receive it and fix the issues in a timely matter. Thank-you Lori for all your hard work and dedication within the property!

We’ve been at the Silver Creek Towers for almost a year now. Since the first day it has felt like home. Lori has always been so welcoming, warm and helpful. Clint & Carla not only keep our building spotless and clean, they fill it with kindness and friendliness. Also, the residents who live here are lovely. We’ve made so many friends, including dog friends. The building is pet friendly, one of the important reasons we moved here. My view from my balcony is just stunning! All the varieties of birds chirping in the morning make me happy. Glad I moved here, so are my children. Feels like home, a happy home.

I have been living here for almost a year. This is a wonderful building. All of the staff are very professional. Lori is an excellent building manager. You can really tell that they care about the tenants. The building is well maintained inside and out.

After living in owned residences for the past 45 years, I moved into Silvercreek Towers a month ago. I am pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism of the office manager, Lori and her very capable staff. The property is extremely clean and well-kept. The financial requirements are handled professionally. The building is very well maintained by both Clint and Carla! Clint is like the "every-ready bunny" taking care of the building and following through in a timely manner with any work order requests. Carla was very friendly when she showed me the suites available and answered all of my questions. The outside of the building is beautiful with the planters and forest surrounding the building. I look forward to enjoying the bbqs and picnic tables in the courtyard, enjoying watching the children play. The balconies are very large and comfortable for chairs, planters and a bbq. The people from the building I have spoken to so far have all been very friendly and welcoming. Lori and her staff are truly creating a "community atmosphere" at Silvercreek Towers.
