Extremely please with the whole experience from Simon and his team. They stuck with us for a two years before we finally decided to sell. Simon explained the selling strategy he thought was best in the current market and we were pleased with that. He helped with staging suggestions and made sure the place looked as best it could. I was introduced to Simon over 8 years ago, and I've never looked back since. He's been my realtor for 4 property transactions in those 8 years, and will continue to be my realtor for future transactions. One story I like to tell is that when I send him links for some properties, there are some he discourages me from buying because he can tell whether it's a good deal or not. That gave me confidence that his stamp of approval on a property meant that it's not for just a quick sale, but because it's legitimately a good purchase.

He's also very helpful with selling properties, including staging, recommendations, and references to notaries, renovation network, etc. He will be straight with you when you are listing something for too high or too low, or whether the timing is good or not. He builds your trust organically, which seems to be rare in GVA real estate.

IMO there aren't many realtors in the GVA that are worth the value, but he's been in the industry a long time and is honest about property value, issues, and suggestions. I'm fortunate to have someone who is basically a trusted and experienced partner for life in my real estate transactions.
