Good location, 10 mins to downtown, and very accessible going to Sherwood Park, Milwoods, and St. Albert. A 30 mins drive to the airport only. Very accessible to the Bonnie Doon Mall, train, and Dollarama and safeway is just across the building! Very quiet location as well. The management are reliable and quick to response. Highly recommended .

"I've been living in Sir Williams Places for 5 years and I couldn't be happier! The building is always immaculately maintained, with friendly and responsive staff who go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The amenities are top-notch, from the fitness center/community room to the secure parking and convenient location. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and perfectly suited to my meet new people and feel at home.

Vikrant and Rizalina were very welcoming as I moved to new building . The move in process as well as the assistance I had and paperwork was all done in a timely fashion . They were most accommodating and even helped to keep my mail in a safe place when it arrived early . They were very professional , organized and they take a lot of pride in their jobs. Communication and informing me of everything I need or if I need anything was always a main focus .

I have had a great experience staying at Sir William’s place the staff are very friendly and very helpful with a maintenance requests or concerns being addressed in time.
The place is also very secure and has a decent gym which is an added benefit. I enjoyed my time staying at Sir William’s place!

I've had a great experience living at Sir William Place. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, schools, and major roads, which makes commuting a breeze. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center and community room are a nice bonus.

A big shoutout to Rizalina and the management team for their outstanding service. Riza has been incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure any issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. The staff's dedication really makes this place feel like home.

Sir William Place is an outstanding building that combines both comfort and convenience. We shifter here in August and had mainatance issues but it resolved in just couple of hours, they provides new replacement.
The property is well-maintained, and management goes above and beyond to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all residents. The amenities are excellent, adding to the overall appeal, and the location is perfect, close to key areas while still offering a sense of tranquility. The team is responsive and attentive to residents' needs, making it truly feel like a home. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Sir William Place to anyone looking for quality and comfort.
I am thoroughly impressed with the management team and especially Riza, who stands out as a remarkable asset to our building.
