Sivage was extremely helpful in many aspects that go beyond just finding a property.

My experience with other real estate agents had only helped me with finding and showing listings that I wanted to see. But truthfully, with how easy it is to find and filter based on your own personal taste, location, budget, or any other criteria from the vast abundance of web sites and area map searches, all of that can be pretty much done by yourself prior to seeing any listing. With that much research done beforehand, a real estate agent would basically only be bringing over the key and opening the door.
