None of their employees respond, no one is at the office even on weekdays before 5. Left number of voice mails, emails, and still nothing. If you say you are a professional then act like one.

Michelle Vaillancourt is actively ignoring our calls and messages during our move out process. We did everything we could to fix our shortcomings as a Tennant (issues regarding our dog- we tried bark collar, medication, sound proofing) and finally we even decided to move out to not bother others yet Michelle won’t reply or communicate with us and when I met her in person to resolve this she began attacking me and blaming everything on us when we made every attempt to be professional. Truly unprofessional behaviour. Avoid at all costs. As your landlord she will actively ignore your calls and do nothing to help you.

Overall, our experience with Sleepwell Property Management Pembroke has been fantastic. From the moment I reached out to book a viewing for the apartment to the end our our tenancy, Michelle was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. Really appreciate her professionalism, positive attitude and dedication to us tenants! Highly recommend.

Michelle was very unprofessional. I'd give NO stars on my review, but that's not an option. I've never met someone who hates their life so much and reacts towards it by treating others (strangers) so horribly. I hope you feel better, and get things sorted out Michelle V. so that others dont have to leave your place of work being treated like scum after dealing with you. Dont make it awkward.

I can't say enough great things about Sleepwell. Michelle has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I have been a commercial tenant of hers for almost 2 years and she has been super attentive to any request or inquires I have had. She has gotten me connected to other local professionals for building projects and general building maintenance. She has made my life mush easier as I know I can relay on her to help navigate any obstacles I encounter.

If you are considering renting a commercial or quite frankly residential space I highly recommend Sleepwell (Michelle). She is very professional, responsive, helpful & just a great person!
