Sloane was the sole reason we got such a great price on our new property - we had already done a viewing but it was priced out of our budget, so we didn't even attempt an offer. She reached out immediately when the price was reduced, and we went for a second viewing. Due to her putting it back on our radar in such a timely fashion and negotiating a quick closing, we were able to get into a really great home for at least 50k less than comparables. We worked with Kayla prior (2021), but realized pricing was unrealistic at the time, so decided to wait. Kayla did an excellent job keeping us in the loop on home prices in our target area of Hamilton. We viewed some houses in 2023 as well with Sloane, but still anticipated a drop in pricing, so decided to wait once again. They were very patient with us and made the whole process very easy.

Soooo happy !! I was so grateful to have Kayla and Will help out with a new rental property of ours. We poured so much into finding and renovating a space but wanted to be hands off with the process of finding and vetting a tenant as well as the day to day operations of the rental property. Kayla and Will gave advice on rental price based on the property and how we might list it.Their instincts were bang on and our space was rented with a long term tenant (7 years) in about 2 months from listing. The best part is that they will continue to be the key contact for the tenant for anything day to day. I trust them to take care of things in our best interest so that I can focus on my main business and let the them focus on the rental. Communication was easy and professional and they explained things well along the way. Thanks guys 💕

My husband and I can only say that the experience was fantastic, like the previous one. William patiently took us to visit a lot of house options. We were difficult clients, and we know we had many demands, but even though he was able to find us several options that we were drawn to. Finally, after one month, we found the house of our dreams.
