Kudos to the team at Smith Falls Nissan. My exhaust system managed to develop a leak shortly after purchase. Called Rob and within a couple weeks the dealership managed to track down a replacement and fix me up. Great service department to work with also. Thanks again.

We had a fantastic experience leasing our new Kicks from this dealership. We came from a less than positive experience at a Nissan dealer in Ottawa, and had our minds set on what we wanted. We dealt mostly with Natalie and she was very helpful, informative, and easy to work with. She got us excited about the process again and made it very easy to get us into a car that we couldn't be happier in.

They offered a very fair price for our trade and a very fair price for the lease. Having already been most of the way through the experience elsewhere, we were very comfortable with the deal that they were putting forward. We committed immediately, and Kevin (I believe he's the sales manager) was able to find us the exact car we wanted from a different dealership. They were able to get us into the new car several weeks before expected.

Couldn't be more pleased with Natalie, Kevin, Rob, and Terry from the start to the end of the experience to the very end they treated us with respect and dignity while providing amazing customer service.

My wife was traveling when a check-engine light came on. Called Smiths Falls Nissan and Penny got us in for diagnostics the following day - warning light gone. Penny went through a detailed explanation of what they did and answered all our questions. Great application of tire shine on the complimentary car wash - nobody does that. I highly recommend these folks.

Seized brakes. Uncertafiable brakes. Bought only line. Delivered with new winter tires at my demand. Didn't include tire sensors however because I didn't tell them to. When I went to put the summer tires on the gave me Bald unverifiable tire's.
The Brakes were dangerous to drive. Smith falls sells dangerous cars that are a road hazard and cannot be trusted. Buyer be where. Only your money matters to Smith Falls Nissan. Not your life. The worst I have ever seen. Do not settle for they're junk. If you buy from them get your own certification. They cannot be trusted.
I added the certification from Smith Falls Nissan. Then then mechanic I took to report. Both very different. This car was sold with unsafe brakes. In operable
