Mo and Diane are both extremely personable, professional, and easy to talk to. They have been by my side during the entire process, which is extremely comforting and helpful, especially as a first-time buyer. They have answered and addressed any question or concern I have had, no matter how big or small. They have remained in constant contact and have always been just a text or phone call away, no matter the time of day. (My agreement of purchase and sale wasn't finalized until around 11 p.m. on a Saturday. But the timing didn't matter. They were there working to ensure everything was in order. And that wasn't the only time during the process that we had a late night.)

Diane arranged showings so quickly and efficiently, I couldn't believe it. The number of properties that we saw to ensure I knew exactly what I wanted was incredible. But she scheduled them perfectly, so no time was wasted. And if I had a question about a property, she had the answer.

Mo is a great negotiator and he tells it as it is. He is clear, straightforward, and has explained everything I have needed or wanted to know. Again, he has been easily reachable, personable and overall he is just great at what he does.

This whole process began one day when I walked into the Snobar Realty office, spoke to Diane for the first time, and said what I had hoped to buy and when. A few weeks later, I got exactly that. They helped to fulfill literally every requirement I had. And on top of that, as I described above, they have been by my side during the whole process, which can be overwhelming, especially as a first-time buyer.
