One of the worst customer services here. They employees didn’t show respect in there tones and body language. They were belittling us thinking we are too broke to buy anything in the store. One of the ladies gave the un willing expression when I asked for her to get boots of a different colour in the back. She asked if the price was ok in the tone like we can’t afford such luxury’s like they are superior to me.

I my view, this is one of the best botigues shops to sell high quality geniune furr products eppecially for ladies. The shop is so welcoming and elegent. Highly recommended. They also have another shop at the Fairmont Banff hotel. I wish i had some pictures to share, but the shop is truely special and remarkable.

The Asian sales rep called me and my friend " funny" in front of our face, just because we are Asian and she thought we didn't speak English. And after I told her "we do, and even if we don't, it's not something funny." She yelled at me! I was very shocked and don't recommend this store, entirely due to the sales representative/possible the owner of the store. BTW, their stuff is all made in China. Not local at all. You can get the same stuff from China online for much much lower price.
