After a recent ankle fusion surgery, I was unsure about the next steps for recovery and learning to walk again but Kathleen made the process of getting orthotics incredibly smooth and reassuring. I was very impressed with my experience getting an assessment, and eventually custom-made orthotics after I met with Jeff Walker at Sole Science.

First, the store itself is very bright and airy and pleasant. The email communication about my appointments and all the arrangement of documentation from my physician was very efficient.

Jeff had a very pleasant demeanour, explaining everything cheerfully and clearly. He put me at ease and made me felt very confident about the experience of getting my first orthotics and clearly showing me the benefits to my foot health that I would gain.

I was impressed with the quality and comfort of the orthotics themselves, and how well they fit into the variety of existing footwear that I owned.

I would highly recommend Sole Science for custom orthotics, and Jeff as a provider.
