The best neighbourhood ever! I’ve been living here for almost 1 year now and I just love it! It’s very clean, and quiet, we have everything we need within walking distance! The movies, nice restaurants, Grocery stores, dentists, coffee shops, etc! Our apartment is just 2 min away from the station so it’s very convenient. By train from here to downtown is just 25 min. I’ve lived in so many places around Mainland but this one is my favourite so far. Highly recommend.

This area has Shoppers Drug Mart, BC Liquor, Whole Foods, and restaurants. Very clean, modern, easily accessible, and great location. Fantastic little area amongst the rapidly growing Brentwood. I was able to capture the first snowfall of the year as I was stepping out of Wholefoods.

Came here many times and have enjoyed the convenience of plentiful underground parking that invites you outside to relaxed shopping experience at Whole Foods, BC Liquor, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other intriguing shops waiting to be explored.

Still under construction. Biggest pet peeve are people that stop their cars and park illegally and block everyone. Security is present but there is no enforcement. Many shops nearby and restaurants.

It’s a good quality building, but the elevator system is kind of weird. You got a press that panel and it tells you which elevator to go catch to your floor. The problem is that the contrast between the background colour of the elevator you’re supposed to take is not very obvious. Couple of times I took an elevator with the wrong person up the wrong floor other than that, sometimes because there’s so much glass it can feel a bit cold, especially in the lobby not temperature cold colour just atmosphere cold it’s the feeling man.
