When I was left as executor of my late Grandmother's estate, I found myself juggling grief and the practical aspects of the situation. Unfortunately, I was unable to take on the project of rehabilitating her lovely home myself. I'm incredibly grateful I found Janet and Roman!

I highly recommend Janet & Roman's expertise, experience and compassion as to how well they became my "Solution" in the sale of my Grandparents home as I was Appointed Executor. I was having a terrible time with the idea of parting with a property with so many memories and attachment and it was a real heartache for me, not to mention the house was getting a bit run down in later years, but as I started to work with Janet and Roman they really set me at ease and were very comfortable to be around with a sense of real trust I could feel right away. They also did a FANTASTIC job of the Reno and I think My Grandmother would have Absolutely LOVED IT !!! Really!
