I had the balcony door issue, and they installed the new for me. The person in the office named Renata is really nice, and gave me the update information until the work had been done. Now I have a new window . I really appreciate her efforts.

While management was always on site and responds to requests, they tried to get rid of the cockroaches but they always came back . Had my apartment sprayed over 4 times in less than a year and the cockroaches always came back.
Over 50% of my security deposit was taken for ‘water damage’ for the counter, while the whole counter hasn’t been renovated for years and was separated from its base since I moved in. The water faucet for the kitchen kept moving around and leaked everywhere causing the counter issue to get worse. They came and added glue to it but that never fixed the issue. I never expected they would charge me 400$ for this damage that is due to the old apartment !
Unfortunately horrible experience in this apartment due to the lack of care of the building and the stress the cockroaches problem caused me. On site management wasn’t to blame but upper management and the owners.

I have been living here for nearly six years now and absolutely love it. The management and maintenance teams are very cooperative. With convenience stores, bus stops, and schools nearby, it’s a great place to live. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the experience!

My experience living at Somerset Place has been awsome. I love my Unit, it's real nice, comfortable and convenient. The building's facilities are great, specially the gym amenity which I take advantage of. Special thanks to Renata Schmieder, the building's manager, who has guided me and helped through the leasing process and all the paperwork.
