Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care truly set them apart. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right and to make sure homeowners are completely satisfied.

What impressed me most is their willingness to help and their courteous attitude — as long as the requests are reasonable, they do everything they can to make things perfect under the warranty. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Sorbara has been super responsive and responsible to all of my inquiries and requests. Every time when I email them they always respond right away. I have recently discovered a hole on my exterior wall which is very tiny and unnoticeable. I wouldn't have discovered it if I wasn't spending a lot of time in my backyard this year. So I emailed Sorbara, Lori from the customer service department responded to me quickly and send their lovely team Chris and Peter to fix my wall in couple days, no questions asked. Chris and Peter are very knowledgeable and the they were super kind and attentive to me during the visit and very efficient too. They fixed the hole in a jiff, cleaned after work. I am really happy. I normally am not a review writing person. But I have decided to write something down on Google for the excellent job Sorbara has done. Thank you guys!
