I’ve lived in this apartment for two years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The unit was newly renovated when I moved in and came with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher—all in great condition. The building itself is always well maintained, with regular inspections ensuring everything runs smoothly.

I want to give a special shoutout to the building manager, David, who is incredibly kind, responsive, and, most importantly, punctual with any requests. Whether it was a repair or a general inquiry, he always made sure things were handled promptly and efficiently.

Overall, I’m proud to call this place home. It’s been a stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed living space!

Loved living at these apartments. Place was quaint with an awesome location. Well taken care of. All neighbours were super kind and not loud at all. But the landlord is what makes this apartment amazing. No doubt the best landlord I have ever had. Only moved because I was leaving the city. Definitely worth it.

Absolutely amazing crew, the cleaning lady, maintenance man, and the hardworking landlord made my 4 years a very pleasant stay. The apartments were always in tip top shape, and mandatory yearly pest inspections made me feel a lot safer and comfortable. David is straightforward, right to the point, and he cares a lot about his tenants. Before signing the lease we did a very deep inspection and let the landlord know about anything we noticed, which, surprise! Was none.

The rest of the tenants in the building I stayed were also very friendly, I had no issues with any of my neighbors and never once filed a complaint. These buildings are full of honest hardworking people.

The moment I moved in I noticed almost immediate renovations, it was really nice to know that the money I was paying for the apartment, was going back into the apartments. Overall a really great first time renting experience, and I could even go as far as to say I consider David the landlord my friend.

David, his wife and his staff have always been very professional and prompt with all the complaints and queries. Every season I notice David working hard by removing snow, cleaning parking lot and putting all his efforts in timely manner to provide us clean and safe living environment. Have been living here for several years now, the landlord is excellent to us and is very good at keeping our unit in great condition. He is straight forward with us and understanding of problems that the tenants face. The common areas are cleaned regularly, and the building is getting a face lift. Our experience here has been unmatched by others and I hope that Kelson Group ownership provides as good to this management team here as they do to us.
