The new building manager Diane is absolutely rude and not managing the property very professionally, she also doesn’t have the social skills to progress in managing. Again her attitude is snarky and uncalled for, will spam call you in regarding anything!

all was good until Sharon left, Sharon took the time to manage the property and look out for everyone the way need be. Even stayed late to assist in individuals moving in and answering questions to the best of her ability,

I recently moved my parents into this complex from another city. It was a big move for them and they were a little stressed. Fortunately for the building manager Sharon she made the transition smooth. She stayed late and was available after hours on many occasions to answer our questions or concerns. It’s re assuring that they have someone like her taking care of the building and the residents

I’m a new renter to this nice little community here. I’m so please at the professional service I’ve received from Diane. She goes above and beyond.

I would like to say I inquired a couple a months ago there was a different person I saw, (Sharon was her name) I had a bad feeling about her and chose to not rent because of her unprofessionalism.

Since Sharon left I felt more at ease to inquire again with Diane, as I heard nothing but great respect for her. I know quite a few people in South Fort Village no one speaks bad of her.

Diane certainly has proven above and beyond as the village is full with happy renters from here on.

Amazing lady working in the office, gets things done in a timely manner. There when you need to call, if busy calls right back. Nice place to call home. Been here since 2017 and no issues

i find the propery manager Sharon to be most helpful with any concerns always available to answer questions returns calls promptly which has made the experience living here a pleasure and someone that is knowledgeable is a bonus does follow ups with your concerns
