We’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Spotlights Development. As of today, they have failed to pay us for over $1000s worth of completed and delivered work.

Their accountant, Ahmed, has made repeated false promises regarding payment, both through emails and phone calls. We were assured that their new bank account would be active by November 7, 2024, and that payment would be issued the following week. Since then, we've been met with complete radio silence—no updates, no responses, and certainly no payment.

This pattern of dishonesty and non-responsiveness has been both frustrating and unprofessional. We caution other vendors and partners to be extremely careful in doing business with this company.

Similar to another review below - we were hired to create rendered tours for their new development, which was showcased online. It has been almost two full years since the project was signed off and the owner Sherry and accountant Ahmed have been either completely unresponsive or have provided fake updates about when to expect payment. We are owed $1000s in outstanding invoices. Avoid working with this company.

Edit: there has still been 0 follow up from Spotlight even after trying to save face publicly in their response on Google.

This Company hired us for a move out deep cleaning service (condo in downtown) in August 2024, we delivered exactly what was agreed. After the job was completed, they refused to pay. No explanation, no attempt to resolve - just avoid responsibility.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time and work.
I DO NOT recommend working with this company unless you have a contract in place and full payment upfront. Mr. Jalal and Ahmed shame on you !
