My husband and I loved living in the building, we lived in the building for a year and a half! The location is amazing, and the building structure is very good. Additionally, the manager and the team were incredibly supportive during our time there, which made our transition to Canada so much smoother and more enjoyable. A big thank you to the building manager and the entire Capreit team!

After two very bad living experiences, I am so happy to be in such a well managed, welcoming, CLEAN building! Office and cleaning staff are friendly and kind. Ample notice when any maintenance is going to be done, outside is kept very clean, garbage is taken out very timely, and somehow the garbage room doesn't even smell? Amazing.

On top of wonderful staff, all the other residents we have met are kind and welcoming, and the location can't be beat.

This is my second time with Capreit company and once again I feel happy with their team member. In this case I have Samantha and Mariana who are always there to help me with any enquired. This is a nice building under a good management, I do recommend it.

I lived here for almost a year in 2016~2017. This apartment is definitely one of the better ones in the area. The building was very well maintained, common places like lobby were cleaned everyday and the elevators were super fast and I almost never had to wait long (there are 3 elevators). Many seniors live here (and not many students), which was great because not only are they friendly, but they're quiet! The building itself was very quiet, although sometimes during the night, you'll hear drunk people (students?) shouting on the street.

I think it's important to note that I didn't have any pest problems while living here, which should never be taken for granted in Halifax. The superintendents were nice and the one time I requested something to be fixed, it was fixed the following business day. If I were to ever live in Halifax again, I'd call here first for sure.

We been living here for 2 years with our dog and now 3 year old son. It has been an absolute DREAM!

Public gardens across the street, short walk to the library, harbour, museum, right on the commons, Pete's down the street. This place has such a great sense of community. All maintenance requests were addressed next day. Staff is amazing. Apartments are clean and bug free. They even have a community garden in the back.

We've rented in 7 different places over the years and 5770 is by far the best. Would definitely recommend.

到哈法第四年，第二次搬家，住了一年半，楼管太差，呵呵哒。平时从来不帮拿包裹，搬走了反而帮你收包裹还不给你，直接让邮局给你退回去。想换个一室一厅等了8个月还说没有房，网上都挂出来有房子。住了不到半年，火警响了无数次，还是在半夜！！后来房租涨价到了$1700/月，也是没谁了。三个楼管来回推脱事情，一件事要跟他们三个轮番说无数次，简直可怕。搬走时请人打扫很干净，但是无论怎么样，$50刷墙的钱必须给他们，给个提前告知书还让他们给弄丢了，来回又跑了三趟，还好办的不远。真心觉得就是来回折腾你，不想还押金的节奏。

说多了都是泪，大家不要去住这里就好了！
