I’ve been a tenant here and want to share my experience to help future renters make an informed decision. While the location seemed convenient at first, dealing with this property management company has been a constant struggle.
Maintenance is a major issue—air conditioning and heating repairs are routinely neglected, leaving tenants uncomfortable for extended periods. Requests for fixing these essentials go unanswered or are dismissed without proper resolution.
To make matters worse, the company has demanded payment for repairs that were never completed. This feels unfair and exploitative, especially when tenants are already dealing with the inconvenience of unresolved issues.
Security is also a big concern. The building’s security system is managed by people closely tied to the landlord, and it gives the landlord questionable access to tenants’ units without proper notice. This has made me feel uneasy and unsafe in my own business.
Overall, I strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere. The combination of poor maintenance, unfair financial practices, and questionable security makes this property management company a risky choice. Protect your peace of mind and consider other options.

My business has been renting a medium sized industrial building in Mississauga from Spring Town since 2016. Respect, honesty, understanding and hard work are the words I would use to describe the owners and members of the team at Spring Town. The caring and attention to your needs as a renter are unprecedented, repairs and constant upgrades are handled with speed and professionalism. General maintenance is handled without disruption to our work day, repairs are made and we are consulted on all steps of the process it feels as though we own the building, we are not treated like tenants we are treated like owners. The office staff are caring, considerate and compassionate they understand the issues facing businesses in Ontario today. They listen they react but they are a business and as such have needs as well. Spring Town like all businesses will defend themselves vigorously and they should, be honest and you will be treated honestly. If you are looking to rent a unit in Ontario I highly recommend Spring Town, I have sent three of my own business associates to Spring Town hoping they could find a unit.

We have been tenants since 2008 and I must say that Spring Town is an excellent landlord and property management company. They take care of their buildings and tenants. I've dealt with the ownership directly, reception as well as the admin staff, and everyone across the board is a true professional and absolute pleasure to deal with. They're a family run organization and they certainly make you feel like you're apart of the family as well. We've had many neighbours and other tenants along the years and everyone else seems to be happy with their services as well. I absolutely recommend Spring Town if you're looking for a new space or considering a move. Tony, the Di Pede family and their entire team is second to none!

We have been Springtown tenants at the Brampton location for over 10 years and counting. We really like how close to major highways and streets this location is, so it is easy to get to by car or transit. The properties are well kept, clean and the buildings and lots are upgraded regularly. Tony and his team have been very responsive and accommodating to any problems or concerns we have had in regards to safety, leasehold improvements, property repairs or upgrades. As a family-owned business we really appreciated their support during the challenges encountered during the pandemic as well. We would recommend other small businesses rent from Springtown!

We at Primex Food Packaging Inc. Have been a tenant of Spring Town for over 20 years. All these years we had an exceptional experience with Spring Town, (Tony and the team).
The building and properties are clean and very well maintained but the most important thing is that Spring Town takes care of its tenants. Since you directly deal with the owner, any problem or issue, is taken care of within a day if not the same day
The office team is friendly, easy to talk to and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
