Springhill took care of my home while I was posted away. They took all of the stress out of renting since I always knew I could count on their team to look after my tenants, their needs and my property. They were always extremely responsive to any emails, texts or calls and kept me informed of any issues that developed with appliances. I've been posted back and so took possession of my house but if I needed to leave and rent out again Springhill would be the first people I'd call to do it.

I went through the process, approved by the landlord and then sent over a lease agreement. Upon reading the lease agreement it appeared that some things didn't add up with what I had read on the landlord tenant board Act. Therefore I contacted the board about the information and they had confirmed that what the lease was asking me wasn't in accordance with the ACT. Based off the information provided by LTB I asked Spring Hill for clarification. In shorts they're respondents to me seemed confrontational and my opinion and they canceled my lease after telling me it was my choice to proceed. I am lucky I did not give notice.

UPDATE: I will add there was a miscommunication. And they were canceling the signature to possibly update the lease. This was not effectively communicated to me at first an I received a call. However IN MY OPINION the call was agressive and tried to place blame on me for not getting clarification. "I have canceled your current lease agreement at this time and I hope I have answered all your questions. " seemed to be straight forward closing sentence. But again this is my opinion.

Springhill has been managing my rental property since Early 2023, Samantha and all the staff have been fantastic.
I am notified of issues right away, their maintenance staff are great, items get fixed right away.
Billing is transparent and fair. Constant communication when required.
Overall I am very happy and think they do an incredible job given some of the challenges present in today's rental environment. I have complete trust and faith in their management. Thank you so much!
