Recently moved out of the property and Iris was very accommodating all through out the process, from booking the elevator even though it’s a weekend until the move-out inspection, she was very transparent with the whole process. Few weeks before we moved out, we had an issue with our unit and Manny was quick to resolve the issue. We have a good experience living there and thank you to the management for doing a wonderful job.

We have really enjoyed living at spruce heights. We have lived here for around 4 years and we have had no issues what so ever. When maintenance is needed they always arrive in a timely fashion and fix the issue. Mamta has always gotten back to us very quickly whenever we have an issue.
I find the hallways to be clean and quiet and we really enjoy living here.

What a great place to live.
Mamta is a wonderful Manager always happy and smiling.
All her Maintenance staff is great to deal with.
This Building is very peaceful most days
Always so Clean

Well I still live here and since MAMTA was Replaced I’m really sorry I renewed my lease definitely not happy with the replacement manager
He is just ok The Garage has high carbon monoxide levels actually STINKS OF FUMES REALLY BAD In GARAGE.
ALL DOORS ARE BEING PROPPED OPEN ALL HOURS OF DAY AND NIGHTS.

Thank you to Sunny, and Andy C for their efficiency in showing me a unit on behalf of my son, and for their process in follow up. With 24 hours, the suite was seen, lease was signed, documents collected, parking established, and move in meeting booked for one week forward. Here’s hoping the move in process and future follow up are as efficient as this process. I must also add that Sunny and Andy C were gentlemen, easily answering questions, and providing additional color commentary as needed.
