We have had such a great experience with Squire Hospitality and the work they have done and continue to do in managing our condo. They truly are experts in their chosen field of work and they have a passion for what they do! We are always kept up-to-date and informed about management and day- to- day issues and their monthly financial statements are clear and precise. They are always available and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we have. I rented an apartment from this group as a short term rental from Airbnb.
Not only they didn't fix basic infrastructure issue with HVAC but they wrote complete lies as review for me. I had never experienced such bias and neglect from an Airbnb host.
I'm starting to think they scam and gaslight people into thinking they are fixing issues while just waiting for the guests to move out and hope the next guest won't notice the issue.
Their apartment has HVAC, WIRING, AND PLUMBING issues. You’ll get stuck dealing with those issues and lose vacation time and end up with a bunch of lies from the owner on their review. Save yourself the hassle, Michael and Mollie are the ones I dealt with, and both could use education in customer service, property management, work etiquette, and basic human decency.

If I could rate Squire Hospitality more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Their attention to detail, excellent communication skills and quality suites exceed standards for short term rentals. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Tuscany. Great location and super clean. The units house everything you need and more for a comfortable stay while visiting Saskatoon. Michael and team are very approachable and are available to answer any questions or concerns. Keep up the great work!!

We booked the Cosmopolitan for my parents so they would have a home away from home while in Saskatoon. Amazing location with spectacular views - in walking distance to the river, downtown, and highly rated local restaurants (underground parking was a plus!). The suite was immaculate and amenities/equipment were exactly as described. Communication with Michael was timely and seamless, and the house manual was a nice, friendly touch. Thank you Squire Hospitality, we will definitely book again!

Highly recommend the Cosmopolitan - a great central location in Saskatoon with easy access to all the amenities the city has to offer! It was nice to come home to a relaxing, well-equipped, clean space with amazing views and a breathtaking display of northern lights over the river. We had a very enjoyable stay and can't think of anything else we could have wanted.

We booked a great basement for a month. Michael and a team provide really great services. The apartment was very clean, self check-in is a plus. No need to think about such trifles as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing gel, garbage bags, everything was there)) The owner provided everything so that we would have enough for a month and even longer. The windows are easy to open and ventilate the room. Very good for a short stay and long stay. TV has a lot of installed programs like Netflix ( and a subscription is included ) - so you can watch some movies and relax. Thank you guys for you services.
