The office manager Keyur was very professional and transparent with showing apartment to us, doing all the lease paper doing our move in walk thru. Excellent communication while we were in India and guided us about everything and we feel very happy to have this place our first home in Canada and start our life.

I love the area and the buildings are kept very clean. I am unhappy about the lack of respect that long-term renters receive. Last year I had to fight to keep my incentive. This year(just resigned my lease), my incentive DROPPED by $30/month. With the current increase an my lower incentive, my rent is going up by $80/month. I have a heating vent running through my storage room, so basically I have a shelf in my storage room to utilize, despite this, and being a renter for 14 years, my incentive is less? BTW, I rushed to move into this suite to get away from a bad situation with my ex at Lawson Village, but I did do a walk through and was NOT told about the storage room. I am extremely disappointed as a long-term renter. The 3-star review is because of the nice area and the cleanliness of the building only.

Had neighbors climbing my balcony, blasting music all night (cops come write noise violation tickets at 3-4am), selling and using drugs on the grass outside the unit, screaming profanities at me/my child with special needs. A horrible place to live. Management prioritizes the drug dealers and will let complainers terminate their leases early instead of fixing any problems or addressing people not following their leases. Security had a poor turn around time and would not show up to the right place. Other residents would damage locks on the building doors frequently leaving the building unsecure on weekend nights with sketchy people loitering in the mail area. Management also charged an application fee to process applications which is against the tenancy act in SK. *edit to add- they won't process your application unless you give a security deposit, which will not be returned in its entirety if you dont want the unit. Aka they charge you to process your application* People shouldn't be conned illegally out of their money! Stay far away from boardwalk if you know what's good for you.

Visiting friends living here. Large suites in a excellent area, parking available and near parks and schools, however should be smoke free buildings as small children and people with allergies may have issues as smoke travels through the hallways and ventilation systems as a Volunteer Firefighter, not recommended to allow smoking within residential buildings. Otherwise would be excellent and affordable especially since the new renovations done to the exterior of some of the properties

Except for one individual calling me out in a pandemic for not holding the door for him, even though "I DID NOT KNOW HIM ( which I believe was racially profiling me) My experience living in boardwalk residence have been great!! The staff here at the leasing office is great, courteous and very helpful, the maintenance team is amazing and the cleaners are fantastic.... Great teamwork love the environment !! Am happy to call boardwalk home... Also my kid loves the kids club!!

There is always room for growth !! It's great living here....

The application for the apartment was quick and easy. The manager’s professional and easy to talk to.
The apartment was clean, painted and the appliance looked brand new.
This is a good place live.
