Horrible experience. Was told it was mandatory to have a pet deposit. Which is illegal in Ontario.
During the time I lived there, I moved in to the apartment not cleaned, there was dead bugs everywhere, they gave me a broken AC unit that leaked water everywhere, there is a cockroach infestation, my toilet wouldn’t flush, and a broken window that they said they’d take care of but NEVER did. The elevator was also always broken. The management wouldn’t answer my phone calls and had no means to fix anything. I paid out of pocket for drywall to be fixed & the toilet to be fixed. The landlord and management is trying to change me a cleaning fee and will not give me my pet deposits back. DO NOT live here.

Apartments Are good and clean... But the manager has no sense of talking to their tanents.... He is always rude .... He leeks out the personal information outside the apartments whcih he has no right as long as he is getting rent on time... And none of the nuisance is being made in his apartment ..., he talks so rude to the visitors who is visiting to meet us ... He couldnt fix my room from past 8 months... Everytime giving some or the other excuses... I talked to him about the bugs in my room.... And the answer was that i dont have AC in my apartment thats why... And i guess thats not an answer.... If we cant afford AC it doesnt means that by paying him 700$ we have to stay with the bugs in my room... If there is anyone who is incharge above him i would like to get in contact with them and talk about lot of things ... It would be really big help for me ..
