I am very surprised by some of the comments and ratings I have read. Not only do I consider her to be a great property manager and realtor, I now consider her my friend. My family and I were renters of hers for years, never had a problem going to her when I needed anything she would battle with the owner to insure I got everything I needed. When my mom passed away she was very compassionate and made sure that things went smoothly with little stress on me and got the best sell price. After that she helped me and my family find our forever home, she asked what I needed and she made sure to check all my boxes. I have recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Not someone to be trusted with your rental or your real estate. Extremely unprofessional to deal with, was non-responsive, and lacked basic knowledge of a home that has sat as one of her listings for over 1/2 a year.

Me and my family rented off Stacey for many years and she was always amazing things needed attention and she was on it no questions asked as we were long time renters at the time she was literally the best landlord we ever had,Then it came time to buy our forever dream home and she was amazing with that as well and made everything super easy and did everything she could to make sure we got our home and now we have been in our home for 3yrs she is a great landlord and realtor and friend and I would recommend her to any of my family and friends

She doesn’t care about your safety or well being. Stacey Scharf is a property manager that just wants all the money you have in your bank account. Save the headache and do not hire her or live in one of the properties she manages.
