To know fault of Stan Van Woerkens I'm very very late in writing this review. I totally recommend Stan Van Woerkens as a top professorial realtor. Very approachable in all aspects or situations in selling our Parents home as a estate sale. Stan went above and beyond to work with all family members in involved in the will and the selling of our ( parents home) as mentioned in the will (estate). Was able to deal with all issues that arose in which were many. Stan had the ability to work with both sides when times got tough and be able to make rational decisions were both sides understood and accept. Stan was there for all of us and our( parents) who had passed.
Stan's presentation of the estate home was second to none. It was the most beautiful presentation of the house and area in which is was located in. Stan took the time and effort to make it top notch.....We can't say enough for all the devoted time and effort that Stan had given us in every way. We were no.#1 in all aspects of Stan's work....I can't say enough about Stan and his professionalism, he really goes out and beyond for family and his clients and then some.....

Stan did his homework on what was happening in the market, was well prepared when he first met with us, and explained his analysis as to pricing and market timing. His advice on what we needed to do before listing was exceptional. We were out of the country when we listed our property. Stan handled everything that was needed during our absence, and communicated with us frequently. The long distance handling and signing of documents digitally was greatly appreciated. Stan takes a very professional approach. His Dutch background comes through in the best possible ways. Stan is a great realtor. Always had a positive yet grounded approach with us (as first time buyers). We appreciated the attention to detail he had - performed checks on the neighbourhoods around the listings we wanted to see so that he could ask relevant questions at the viewings.
