The ceiling of my apartment was falling in and it had an extremely bad leak and there was a mice infestation. When it was brought to their attention, they did nothing therefore I left as it was unfit and unsafe to live in. Sandra then made a claim against me stating that I damaged the apartment (I did not). I also cleaned up the place and it was all in good condition (pictures to prove). She gets her relatives to do jobs they are not equipped to handle and she does not care about her tenants. Only her money.

I rented an apartment from them last year “July 2022” and in the first month there was so much noise from the tenants above, I contacted the management many times and they didn’t solve the problem, so I decided to move and I emailed them many times to let them know that it’s not my fault so I will not pay any extra money, just my rent for July, and they didn’t refuse that in any of these emails, now after more than a year with no any contact, I got an email from a collector saying that I have to pay them two months, I will go to the court even if I will pay more than what they are asking for, they are latterly blackmailing me.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
I live in a Riverview with this property management, I started my lease just this month, and I can tell you that it’s an awful experience.
The tenants above us are making noise almost 24 hours a day, they are running the TV at 2 or 3 am and we latterly can’t sleep, I contacted the management 5 times and sent lots os messages and they don’t act at all, the only time they showed a response was when I asked for lease termination, and finally I got a response email says that I need to give a 3 month notice and they will claiming the security deposit as well.
Imagine that they want me to punish me because I want them to do there job and make me sleeeeep, just sleep at night.
For me, I will make a despite in Service NB and I am pretty sure that I will win this despite, but for you guys DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
