Stephanie was very good to work with. She explained everything that I was unsure about, gave me good advice, but let me make my own decisions, and ultimately helped me buy my townhouse. She was very responsive, responding to texts and emails very quickly, even if it was late at night, and I was expecting her to reply in the morning. I really couldn't have done this without her.

Stephanie was fantastic! She was always professional and we never had any issues getting ahold of her. She kept us informed on all pertinent information and helped us with every step of the process! Stephanie has an excellent work ethic, she continued to keep us in the loop for all parts of the house buying process. As we were first time home buyer who knew nothing of what to do or how to do it she was excellent in assisting with all areas of the process, even if it didn’t directly involve her. She had various recommendations for us, the lawyer we used as well as the house inspector was from recommendations from Stephanie. When we were having troubles with our initial mortgage broker, she was right on top of helping us get set up with a new one if we wanted. Overall, the entire experience for a first time home buyer was amazing! I would recommend Stephanie to any family and friends looking to buy a house!

If your looking for a realtor, Stephanie is the one for you! Not only did she take most of the stress out of selling our home and buying a new one, but she also made it a lot of fun. We met Stephanie after we had already listed our home with a different realtor. But after 4 months and only 4 viewings and little to no interest we decided to ask Stephanie to list our home instead and it was the best decision we’ve made. Stephanie listed and had our house sold in just 3 weeks! There was a lot of tough truths that we needed to hear to be competitive in today’s market, but she worked with us through them all. When it came time for us to find a new home, boy, was she up for the challenge with us! We wanted to see a wide range of properties in a lot of different areas and she never backed down. And Finally, when we did find the perfect home she was with us every step of the way (Even with my millions of questions) and I’ll be forever grateful to her for that. Stephanie is amazing!! She found our first house and more recently sold our home and found our new home. She sold our home within the first couple days. Now you might not be able to expect a sale that quick, but I am positive with out her hard work and expertise it would not of sold as quick as it did. She was very diligent made sure the photos were fantastic, spent lots of time helping to make sure things were presented to ensure the best chance of selling. She also found us a perfect new home, her knowledge and the extra effort she put into ensuring everything was as stress free as possible was so valuable. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie over the summer of 2019. She was absolutely amazing, and very patient with myself and my family. She took all of our needs, wants, and budget into consideration, we ended up finding the perfect home for us right on the river in Edmonton, that fit our budget. I was always able to get ahold of Stephanie at any time of the day, and any day of the week. She even kept in contact with me, and assisted me when she was on vacation!! How awesome is that!? Stephanie is very professional, and had a great work ethic. She has a lot of contacts, and resources. She was able to set me up with a lawyer, inspector, and condo document company that reviewed my condo documents. All were within a great price range, and were experts in their field of work.
