Brilliant strategist! I was introduced to Stephen by one of my friends who purchased a house with him. I live outside Alberta and was looking to sell an investment property.

Initially I was looking to sell my property with the tenant still living there. After previewing the house, Stephen noted that the property was in major need of a complete repainting and deep cleaning.
