Trying to view a property listed by Steve Ryan was easily the WORST experience I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Totally unprofessional. Runs a google backgound check then interrogates you to determine if you are worthy of a viewing. Subjective discrimination, and an illegal practice. Colwell Banker Quispamsis currently has a lawsuit filed against the brokerage. STAY AWAY at all costs! Do not deal with this rude, unprofessional and arrogant a-hole, Steve Ryan. Extremely rude and unprofessional person, for someone with a job to serve public it seems MLS related questions are ignored or responded to with irritation.been trying to contact him for 2 weeks regarding a listing to be snapped at on the phone when contact finally made. Glad I won’t be dealing with this realtor
