Terrible company. Had them twice at two different condos, and very poor experience.
Today the whole parking lot had to be vacated for lines painting. Only one person with a small sweeper and no painting. Stevenson will of course deflect responsibility. Plus they threaten towing and even last winter when vehicles should have been towed to clear heavy snow when I called they said nothing could be done, well no threaten then. I would be embarrassed to work for this company.

The company is the worst, a negative 5 would be far to high. If your looking for a management company don't use Stevenson. Too many problems within the staff, contractors and no real idea of how to deal properly with there clients. I was hoping the pandemic would bankrupt these people. It didn't but I will try my best to have them replaced. Towne Gardens Portage and Cavalier.

Worst ever management. They don’t fix their damaged properties or even have it taken care of. The stairs of the townhouse that is managed by CW Stevenson is having its iron rod sticking out. And I have my family and other aged people going up and down the stairs god knows when it’ll just stick into someone’s skin and bone. Never picks up call or ever takes things seriously.

By far since day one ( now three years later) the worst management service I have ever experienced. Simple questions can't be answered, everything is treated like a secret should you want to know something you have the right to know, and not only do they consistently fail to answer calls , but fail to return them even after multiple detailed messages. I have spoken to multiple in my building about their services and unfortunately I am not the only one who feels this way not at all to my suprise. If we as a condominium could get a different management team, I would vote for that in a heartbeat.

!!!! If I could give this management negative one million stars I would. They are so unreliable. They never pick up the phone, never answer voice mails, never call you back when they say they would. They increase their fees and decrease the quality of service each year. It gets worse and worse and worse. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND NEVER EVER EVER EVER GET A PROPERTY WITH STEVENSON MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Rajni Sekhri is a "senior property administrator" from hell. Good luck hearing back, good luck getting thoughtful service. She'll state plainly she doesn't want to deal with you. Several better-run management company's in the city; give them your business.

If I could give zero stars I would. "Ammy" never replies back. Not willing to be attentive to safety-related issues. So glad the building is ditching this company and using a different one!
