In May 2024 I made a quick decision to relocate to Victoria from Los Angeles, CA USA. When it came time to search for homes I called Terry and David to inquire about one of their listings and a few weeks later came to Victoria to see homes in person. They spent four full days showing us several places in Victoria and Sidney.
I have worked with good agents in the past, but Terry and David showed me what it looks like to work with GREAT real estate professionals.

David and Terry are great realtors and excellent people. From the start of my house hunting until the time I picked up my keys, they were patient and thoughtful. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to be upfront with a house's faults, or give a positive perspective on a property that I hadn't considered before. Even "little" things, like considering whether a house will get direct sunlight in certain seasons, was pointed out. They certainly worked with me to find the right house that fit my needs, without going over budget. No matter the hour of day, they negotiated tirelessly on my behalf.

On the leadup to taking possession, Terry and David explained local services. For example, I live in Colwood and I have to contract my own garbage and greens pickup. That was a new one for me! They always made time to patiently answer my questions, and find out the answer if they didn't know.

After I took the keys they provided advice on trades. I was new to Victoria and sometimes felt out of my depth on who to contact. Again, David and Terry stepped forward. Indeed, a year on from my purchase, and my tenant moved out of the home's suite. There were issues, and Terry and David contacted the seller through her realtor and I managed to get the paperwork I needed to help deal with the situation. I couldn't ask for better help, so long after I bought my home.
