Its been a month , my key fob stopped working , and every time i was gone to get a new key fob at the management office , Each and every time they say the key fob machine is broken. I always stuggle to open the gate at the main entrance

Al came in and replaced my dishwasher. Al Has been in my unit a few times and has always been professional yet friendly. You definitely have a great employee who ensures that everything is working properly before he leaves.

We are super happy about moving here. Our leasing specialist, Raheem , was so kind, professional and answered all of our questions before moving in. I have been living here for 7 months and if I have any issues, the team is always willing to help to resolve it! We also like the fact that the location is in a central area, close to all the places I need to go!

I love the area and apartment we live in. It's so handy to all the places I want to go. The suburban area minutes away from the city itself.
The apartment itself is very expensive. I hope it's the last time the rent increases.
The buildings are clean and well kept. The grounds are near to perfection in the cleanliness and well maintained. The fact that the building has many animals and none to my knowledge use on the grasses. I am out daily with mine playing fetch and rarely do I see them use anywhere near the grounds.
Lots of birds and squirles to watch on the balcony. This is a none smoking building which is one of the best features in my opinion. Over all the building is quiet, the area is quite, the people are respectful and quite.
What more can you ask for. Cheaper rent 😀

It was super difficult linking up with leasing agents and website from outside NS, but when I contacted Raheem, I felt calm, respected and there was effective communication. Raheem is super nice, has a listening hear and quick to action. One of the 2 best least specialist I came across during my search.

Living in one of the buildings 6 months now.. its been quite the experience for me. Great area and clean environment. The building staffs are very efficient. Especially Raheem, hes very helpful and always readily available.

Terrible. Management changed. Avoid like the plague. They treat you like your an enemy. Seem angry if you bring up an issue. There are better places. This is not worth the stress.

This review is late, because I didn't want them trying to retaliate for a bad review. They were so toxic and hostile, it was a legitimate concern.

We recently have our apartment in StoneCrest Village and haven't experienced living there yet, however, the building seems neat and management is efficient. The Guy name is Raheem is highly professional and will update you about all the procedures in a very friendly yet professional way.
