I Would have to say, one of the worst experiences dealing with a realty company, specifically Brad Edwards, first of all i took over a lease in mid December, during this short time, He has responded seldomly to responses, none being beneficial or helpful, including the fact there are no lights for the back of the house with worn and steep steps, same with no front light in the front lobby for all of winter, so you had to use a flashlight just to get access to your apartment. The sub lease would be considered illegitimate, because he couldn't include the basics, like the amount of rent each month, totally incompetent, then the so called renovations, meaning a bathroom door that cant open without hitting his "improvement", nails sticking out from improperly placed cupboards because , nails not needed, fyi, a balcony losing its hold on the building. He originally had way too much hooked up to 3 fuses, causing blowouts, but fixed after the cold weather, so dark and cold. Now the kicker, I finally try and talk face to face and he rolls up the window, not taking responsibility for anything including getting a legitimate agreement and copy of lease and , saying it is everyone but his problem. speaking of which the switch over he gave the wrong tenant information to the new owners, so they couldn't get in touch with say a tenant that returned home in a few hours away, and upon asking for the new owners info to contact them, he said he cant help, they will contact you, enough said , I had to be the one to do Brads job,just a complete disrespectful, and disappointing character. He has proceeded to prove he is a highly unprofessional and untrustworthy, as a tenant avoid him and the team, as they shrug it off, and if buying , be sure you actually are getting the proper information, because "his" ignorance, might come off as ignorance from your new tenants and create confusion.
