Does not properly vet renters and this ends up being very problematic for neighbors. Does not maintain owner’s property and property becomes run down. Does not clean up after evicted tenants and leaves items out for days after legal requirement to remove, which has attracted bears. Do not recommend as a property manager.

Hi, I write this review in complete sadness. I had an encounter with the real estate Grace Wong and Jin Bagry. Both real estate figures in Vancouver. My sister was parked with emergency lights on… taking her children out of her vehicle and both real estates uttered complete garbage out of their mouths for waiting maybe a total of 2 minutes. Barbaric behaviour from both real estates and complete unprofessionalism. Keep this in consideration when choosing someone to sell your family home. Such aggression displayed by both Grace and Jin. My family home is listed for sale and I am extremely happy we decided not to go through with either of these real estate agents.

Liam Thomas is the utmost professional and did everything he could to ensure we had access to every listing that suited our needs. Can't recommend him highly enough. We found the perfect property. He really knows construction also, so he is very aware of details on condo buildings that need to be addressed.
Liam was extremely patient and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. did a through review of all the strata docs and made our decision so much easier.
