I have dealt with Strata on both a professional and personal basis. It was due to a positive experience of Strata through our commercial business that we decided to contract them to do a major renovation of our home as well. They have been excellent to deal with in both scenarios . Any problems, ?'s, or changes were taken care of quickly & in a professional manner with some great planning & suggestions for improvements mixed in. When people ask me professionally & personally who to recommend, Strata is the company that automatically comes top of mind as I feel very confident in their work and their people. I also wanted to give a special mention to Katie (Project Manager) and Renea (Desinger) as they were extremely helpful not only with planning but follow through of contractors and they were both very quick to respond with any ?'s or issues I had. Strata built our new house, and we had a very good experience. Katie Ledding was a great project manager! She was easy to work and communicate with, and accommodated everything that we wanted. Strata hired good quality trades people, who built us a beautiful and well-made 1500 square foot house in just over 4 months. We've been here for a few months and are loving it!
