Our experience with Diane managing our condo location has been a terrible experience all around. Exterior maintenance had been practically non existant since she was hired. If you expect a timely and professional response you will not got one from her, whether a property owner or subcontractor. I speakfor many people within our community that feel the same way - steer clear of this company if you don't want to waste your time and money.

They are very strategic in two things:

1) ignoring the Tenant laws
2) ignoring your phone calls.

DO NOT rent from this "company".

ETA: they are now a condo management company, but if it's Diane Drew you're working with, I would not expect any better than when she used to manage rentals. She posted a 5 star review to balance out negative reviews rather than responding to a previous review from a tenant. The other 5 star review is someone who doesn't even use the company...Save yourself the strife and look elsewhere.

Suzanne P, it is very unfortunate that you feel this way. While you are not in fact one of our actual clients (we've gone through all of our records and could not find this name anywhere), I would like to reiterate that there are two sides to every story. Our office and email are always open to anyone who requires assistance or has questions. We help everyone to the best of our ability. We would also like to add that we respond to all inquiries and do in fact help where we can, however we are always given our direction by Board's of Directors. The assumption the we "treat" all of our clients less than professional is just that, an "assumption". While it is easy to post faceless and "brave" reviews online, perhaps it would have been more prudent to contact me directly and deal with any "issues" you may have had at the time it happened.
