We have been tenants with Streetwise Property Management for the past 3 years. From the initial viewing and when we needed to come back for a second showing, Nindi Sanghera has been very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
He was quick to schedule a maintenance person to come and deal with assorted issues once we moved in. Any time we had a problem with the furnace or air conditioning or a leaking faucet, he rapidly replied to us and very efficiently set up same day or next day repairs. We’ve never had to wait long at all to get a response from him.
We have appreciated our time here and our dealings with Streetwise.

Nindi is excellent! He always is there to answer whatever questions you have. His response time is quicker than any company I have dealt with. If you don't understand something he does not hesitate to help you. If you need anything on your property he resolves the issue without delay. It took just one phone call to Tanya and within an hour I signed up! Since then I was introduced to the property manager Nindi Sanghera, who is currently looking after my rental. Nindi is always on his toes and the most important thing(at least to me) is getting back on time or providing an update on a regular basis. Nindi exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Streetwise property management company to everyone especially homeowners residing away from the city and wants a trust worthy management company!
