BEFORE EVEN THIS COMPANY TRY TO DISCREDIT US, THE LEASE IS UNDER SOMEBODY ELSE’S NAME IN FACT WE CAN PROUDLY PROVED ALL OUR COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO THE MANAGEMENT SO DON’T EVEN TRY YOUR DISHONEST AND CONNING WAYS SMI !!!

This is extremely disappointed with experience at Structure Métropolitain. The property management is utterly unresponsive and dismissive. Every time we have tried to raise concerns—whether it be about noise, safety, repair work or hygiene—we are met with indifference, or worse, made to feel as though I'm being unreasonable for expecting basic standards.
The cleanliness of the building is unacceptable. Common areas are poorly maintained, and it's not uncommon to encounter rodents inside the premises—a clear sign of neglect.
As for the neighbours, many disregard basic rules of respectful living. Some regularly smoke inside their units and use our windows as ashtrays, carelessly throwing cigarette butts onto balconies below. This is not only unsanitary but poses a serious fire hazard.
The noise level is another major issue. Children are frequently heard screaming, running through the halls, and even kicking balls at the windows. It’s extremely disruptive, especially during quiet hours.
Security is also lacking. There have been multiple instances where packages have been stolen from the front entrance. There are no surveillance cameras, and no measures have been taken by management to address this growing concern.
Despite reporting these issues multiple times, management has taken no action. Instead, they invalidate your concerns and treat you like a nuisance.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this building to anyone seeking a clean, secure, and professionally managed residence. And WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO APPROACH THIS COMPANY ANY SHAPE OR SORT!

Nous sommes profondément déçu de notre expérience au sein de Structure Métropolitain. La gestion immobilière est totalement inefficace et irrespectueuse. Chaque fois que nous avons tenté de signaler un problème—qu'il s'agisse du bruit, de la sécurité, de la réparation ou de l'hygiène—nous avons été ignoré ou même fait passer pour une personne déraisonnable simplement pour avoir exigé des normes de base.
La propreté du bâtiment laisse sérieusement à désirer. Les parties communes sont mal entretenues, et il n’est pas rare de voir des rongeurs dans l’immeuble, ce qui démontre un manque flagrant d’entretien.
Les voisins sont pour certains irrespectueux et se croient tout permis. Certains fument régulièrement à l'intérieur et utilisent nos fenêtre comme cendrier, jetant leurs mégots sur les balcons en dessous, ce qui est non seulement dégoûtant mais aussi dangereux.
Le niveau de bruit est insupportable. Des enfants crient constamment, courent dans les couloirs et lancent des ballons contre les fenêtres. Cela perturbe considérablement la tranquillité, surtout en soirée.
La sécurité est quasiment inexistante. Des colis ont été volés à plusieurs reprises à l’entrée du bâtiment. Il n'y a aucune caméra de surveillance, et aucune mesure n’a été prise par la direction pour résoudre ce problème.
Malgré plusieurs appels pour signaler ces problèmes, la gestion ne fait rien et vous fait passer pour une personne dérangée simplement parce que vous vous plaignez.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet immeuble à quiconque cherche un lieu de vie propre, sécurisé et bien géré.
