In simple words : Scott is a great guy ! You will not go wrong with Scott.
Scott helped us sell our townhouse and move into an incredible home. The whole process took over a year and Scott stuck with us in thin and thick. Kudos to his patience and professionalism. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Scott. We were selling our house and moving out of the Lower Mainland. Scott came and viewed and valued our house. We wanted to sell without a lot of fuss and Scott gave a selling price. It was right on the money and the house sold in under 5 days -- for the full asking price. Scott also gave us excellent advice on how to present the house for photos and the photographer he brought in was quick and presented our house in the best possible light. This was the first time we sold a house and were a bit nervous about the whole process. Scott explained everything and we were very comfortable with his advice. I highly recommend his services.
