Sue did a great job for us. She met with us a year before we sold our house and gave us lots of advice on what preparations we could make so the house would have the best appeal. She was very generous with her time and attentively responsive to questions, and she explained the process thoroughly. She helped stage the house for photography/filming, providing a LOT of her own bedding and accessories. The finished video was spectacular! She posted teasers and the video on multiple platforms, and we sold it in one day, (no open house required), over asking. Even after the house was sold she was attentive to us as clients. You won't go wrong with Sue!

Choosing Sue as my realtor for the purchase of my condo was the best thing I could have done! I had started with a different realtor, who when I had come across a condo I was interested in had just said to let him know what I thought at the open house. With Sue, she instantly offered to go back to that same condo with me, ask the necessary questions to the seller's realtor, and offer me her opinions. She continued to be on top of every listing that came up that she thought might be worth seeing, usually before I had even seen it, and instantly got me in to view it, always picking me up and going with me, and returning for second and third viewings just to be sure, and to even check what the sunlight would be like at different times. She was kind and compassionate to the stress I was going through, and so patient with me taking over two months to find the perfect fit for me. Sue was totally professional and knowledgeable, knowing exactly what to ask the other realtors, and giving me the advice I needed. She would instantly obtain the strata documents, bylaws, etc. and even read through them before I had a chance. Without Sue, I'm sure I would not have been able to purchase the condo that I am in now, that couldn't be more fitting for me. She got me the first viewing, had an offer in that same day with advice on the optimum price, and sealed the deal with subjects removed before the week was over. And even once the deal was done, she still put in extra time communicating re moving up the completion date, paint colours, and little things I was interested in. Sue is amazing, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!!!

We were referred to Sue through a work acquaintance. I contacted Sue on the Tuesday and she met us at our home on Wednesday. After discussing our expectations and timing it was decided we’d do open houses that Friday afternoon as well as Saturday and Sunday.
