We called Sukhi when we were interested in selling our home in April 2017 while he happened to help a old couple in our strata in selling their unit. He responded to our request very quickly by paying a visit to our home just one day later after we called him ,bring along a very professional handbook along with him about home sales strategy at our first meeting. We got a lot of suggestions and guidance from him in how to get our 25 yrs hold home in resale shape. Sukhi went to each and every room ,checked out very carefully over all the relevant details of the conditions of each room and finally gave us tons of specific advices of what needed to be done. We completed everything per his suggestions in just a couple of weeks. And then came with Raji , his lovely wife , also another one qualified realtor helped us with showing the home in its best light and a photographer who made beautiful and professional flyers for the open house showing. Due to his outstanding internal networking strategy , he successfully had generated nearly 200 potential buyers paid their visits to our apartment in just two days' weekend open house. In any event, true to his word promised to us at the first meeting, our home was sold only one day after the weekend open house showing at the price $45,000 higher than what the asking price he set for our apartment .Sukhi is very hard-working, responsive, and he really takes care for the best interest of his clients in just simply talking in that way. Honestly said we had no idea how much actually went into selling a house at that point and we were very lucky to have a professional, exhausted ,dedicated specialist like him in our corner with all the resources that he brought with him .

Given the consideration that we needed to buy a new home right away just after selling our old property, we decided to hire Raji as our buyer’s agent without any hesitations due to their service was completely satisfied to us as the seller’s agent before . Our decision didn’t disappointed us neither this time. Raji is extremely conscientious and knowledgeable, giving us an incredibly smooth purchasing experience. She was so amazing not only in showing us her intelligent strategy in sourcing the best appropriate property for us ,but also in her attitude of truly taking care her clients’ interests . She’s always all ears to all our concerns and priorities and acted quickly to address them. We never had to follow up on anything –she was always two steps ahead. Raji was super responsive to our email correspondence and was always willing to give us not only the detailed info of the properties we might be interested in ,but also her professional opinions. She maintained the utmost professionalism while still being incredibly warm-hearted and understanding during the entire procedure of helping us buying our new home. And finally , she did help us in securing our new house at a very ideal rice level in only 3 weeks in this fiercely competitive market.
