Came into my garden weed whacker happy and demolished my garden. This is horrific “company” entered my backyard without permission. Threw my lawn furniture all over the yard, breaking a lot of it, leaving it in a giant pile. It looks absolutely awful. Weed whacked 4ft fruit trees, 3 ft rosebushes and 4ft raspberry bushes to the ground. Not to mention destroying countless other plants and herbs. They even went after my 8-9ft tall Saskatoon berry bush. Will be contacting management for compensation. This is absolutely appalling!

Update: response from management is less than satisfactory, essentially shifts blame to other entities. Slimy! Then they had the audacity to send a letter trying to charge me for this hack job that was never requested in the first place. the other review makes sense and I would say they are likely an accurate representation of this company. So off to civil court we go.

Andrew and Shea really did a great job with my home repairs. These guys worked well as a team, kept me informed every step of the way, just excellent communication. They went out of their way to make this a good experience for me. They are very knowledgeable & skilled and I truly appreciate their help. Such a pleasure.

One of the landscapers smashed my car window. They claimed it was from a rock at the park that IS NO WHERE near my car, the park that multiple other cars block from the view of my car completely. I believe it happened when they were taking their equipment out of their vehicle and the landscaper wasn’t paying attention. So I spoke with the manager and they had my car window repaired as it was their mistake! After having my window fixed there was still glass all over the car, I called and spoke with the manager again about having my car professionally vacuumed. The manager said that wouldn’t be a problem because again, IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. He told me he would get back to me but days went by, I called them multiple times after with the reception claiming every time that he “was out of his office” I never received a call from him and I’m still pulling glass out of my car to this day. Absolutely garbage, not a company of their word! I didn’t want them to do anymore then rectify the situation and they decided to play phone tag with me so they didn’t have to assume responsibility!!!

Just saw Summit Property Group Truck #30 (with a low trailer of stuff hitched) drive like they didn't know how to. Completely inside pedestrian crossing at a red light. When light turned green, accelerated swiftly even though light ahead was red and the vehicle in front didn't move an inch. Guess in a real hurry...
Intersection of MacLeod and 11 Ave.

Update (July 28, 2023):
I see that management has changed their response... your original statement to my above review was that I needed to provide proof, as if the specific details I had provided (date, location, description of the truck) were not enough. Now you're saying you'll look into this issue - I really hope that's true. Honestly anything found from an internal investigation can only benefit yourselves in the long run. A near-miss or warning is troublesome, but still better than a potential future incident report.

February 21- from dusk until at this moment (8am) nobody clear the snow. Yes they used leafblower to clear the snow. Unfortunately, it cannot clear it. Then pictured that is done. Grrrr.
I hope that they’ll hire more workers “good and responsible “. Company image is at stake.

Parked in middle of alley and made my wife wait to park and come in house. Maybe park off to the side. Do your job properly and no please don't comment back saying you are always trying to improve as I see this time and time again. And the comments speak for them selves. Do better

Seems to have been tasked to remove several layers of snow pack on a sidewalk on our street, and had been using a leafblower fairly consistently for HOURS. Upon investigation, it appears they are trying to MELT THE ICE with a leafblower!!! What utter disregard for the neighbours and for the planet. Another shameful contractor who dgaf about the community beyond extracting profit from it.
