I have lived at Summit Square for the last 1 1/2 years, although a very big change for me I can say that I enjoyed living here. Love my suite and feel very safe here. Sharon and Kip are doing a great job. Like the touch of decorating for the holidays.

With losing four Caretakers or Managers in two years; I was ready to move out. But in the meantime, Sharon and Kip helped us out in between Caretakers. It's too bad I missed them, they really helped out with the operation of the Summit misfits! Now we are really blessed to welcome those two angels to the Summit Buildings. They brought unit, organization and a sense of security to our Summit family.
I do not know how Sharon does so much but doing all that so smoothly! I just love those two.
Now I am staying as long as I can!

Sharon and Kip keep things running smoothly. I have enjoyed living here for the past year and a half, and plan on staying for many years more. My suite is comfortable, and has a sunny balcony. The underground parking is a definite plus.

have lived here since March, great place to live, very clean & friendly caretakers. any maintenance issues fixed almost immediately. would recommend it to anyone. Sharon & Kip are doing an excellent job.

I want to thank Kip and Sharon Perron, the building Managers at Summit Court. They have always been there for me whenever I had a problem and always took care of things right away! They keep the building very clean and I feel safe here knowing they are here for me.

Since we moved here about 4 years ago we know that since Kip and Sharon became our managers this complex has become a better place to live in as things are done quicker plus it is a lot cleaner.

Apprehensive as have never lived in apt.til a life transition,but am happy (also family is for me)-Geat location & apartment bldg.,lovely suite,love underground parking and on- site managers Sharon & Kip are very helpful when need raises.Covid 19 has meant a great deal of extra work for them & are committed to keeping all residents safe,plus Kelson Group
