We had a great experience with Serena. She thoroughly explained the options to us about life insurance for my husband. She went step by step over the requirements we needed and worked within our budget to make sure our family would be taken care of if my husband passed away. Not once did I feel like we were being up sold or given products we didn't need or couldn't afford. Serena was very knowledgeable anf pleasant. I was referred to Serena for investments so I gave her a call and left a message. She called me back while she was on holidays to set up an appointment upon her return. Serena is great! As this was our first time getting life insurance we had no idea what to expect or to ask. She guided us every step of the way, gave us tons of useful information and answered all of our questions. The front staff was very nice and respectful. Serena was great. She helped me make informed decisions about where to invest with my RRSP.
