Read what Erin has written in her review and you will find that that it describes the experience very will. After you move out check your account as they will likely still be charging you still and you will have to ask for it back... then be sure they haven't short you cause you will need to call again for the rest...and good luck getting a damage deposit back too. Avoid!!!

Overall a decent apartment. They fixed things in a timely manner. They accommodated move in and move out schedules nicely. I did have a few problems that lower the star rating.

In the lease they make you shampoo the carpets, no matter how long you live there, no matter how clean they are. This is not allowed under Alberta law.

The second and biggest concern is the move out inspection. They will try and take money off the damage deposit for the most minor of things. Things that are not damage, just not cleaned to their level. Everything in the apartment does not just need to be cleaned, but cleaned to make it look brand new again. I took a video of my entire apartment prior to the move out inspection to show how clean it was. I am happy I did that. I did not tell the inspector I did this. I was going to use that as evidence if I needed to take them to court. I disagreed with the inspectors assessment of the cleanliness of the apartment, but what I was charged in cleaning fees was not enough for me to take it to court.

Be aware of these two things if choosing to rent here. Other than that that, the place was OK.

Do not rent from these people. When I moved in it wasn’t super clean and there was lots of damage done to the walls, and the fridge. Some of it was noted in the move in report but now they’re trying to charge me extra for damage I didn’t do despite having proof. They’re charging me for things that weren’t listed in the move out report too. We left the place in better condition than we moved in. Dishonest management. They will take advantage of you if they can. The place is nice but if I had known about how ruthless management was I would have never moved in here. I can see other reviews mentioned the same issue so this is clearly a pattern I wish I’d known about before. Again, avoid avoid avoid.
