We rented a unit in Windsor with SPM from 2023-2024 and were very happy with the property as well as how quickly they came to fix any issues we had. In other rentals we’ve been in, getting handy work was a hassle, but whenever we had a repair or concern they were able to resolve it quickly. Arif has always been polite, understanding, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we had to move for my husband’s work, but if we were in the area we would absolutely rent from them again!

Nothing but good experiences!

Our building was purchased a few years ago and we've had nothing but positive results. Arif is always in communication with us in regards to repairs/renovations and any time there's been a concern with the property it's been addressed immediately (though we haven't had any serious problems). Has been a pleasure.
