The builder is terrible! The pipes are leaking everywhere! 2nd floor？yes！basement？yes！It's not just my house that has this problem; my neighbors have also reported the same issue！and when we just moved in The vents have no airflow in masteroom! It turns out the ducts were never connected at all!

Now again！
We discovered that the main water pipe upstairs is also dripping water！

I have a few disappointing statements to make. Their hired vendor/contractor while installling curbs in the subdivision hit my vehicle. Sundial refused to help and advised I was to put it through my own insurance as a hit and run. I had to pay the deductible. In speaking with neighbours- they encountered same issues. also noticed that a couple sections of the pipes under the sink and even the pipe were never glued/sealed. causing damage. there is cracks throughout the home between the walls and the stairs and they say it’s normal because house is “settling” due to the change in season and they would fix it at the one year walk through. Never encountered this issue with another builder. When turning on shower - we have to turn it off and on again to get hot water going. due to the cartridge I was told. Expensive homes with disappointing workmanship. The neighbours behind me - have different coloured bricks because they ran out lol … they also lost several shingles on a brand new roof!!!

Just bought a year old townhouse as a rental property. So far, problems have arisen with very little response from the builder. The drain above the front porch doesn’t drain, leading to pooling of rain water. When I spoke to customer care, they said «  well is it leaking » ? Not the response I expected. I don’t want to wait until it does. Still nothing done to address it after 3 weeks of emails back and forth. Now, my tenant is complaining of low water pressure. Plumber says this is also a builder or town issue. Not sure how this will get resolved. Sent email. I doubt I will get any worthwhile response from the builder. Not impressed at all. I’m just waiting for something else will to go wrong. ?

Sophia has been such an amazing sport in assisting my parents with all their questions and concerns. Sophia has gone above and beyond with her service, especially during this pandemic and having to do things virtually, she was able to make this process so smooth.

My parents and myself are so extremely happy with our service just because. of Sophia positive attitude, being quick, responsive and extremely compassionate during such a hard time for everyone.
