We hired Sunny for the purchase of our new home. I can't say enough great things. For starters, he kept in contact daily to keep of appraised of all information. We were very picky on what we were looking for. He set up our portal for listings very well to maximize the properties that we might be interested in. Once we made an offer on our home, he saved us $20,000 off of the listing. And another $5000 off inspection. From there, I went around a priced out contractors for the renovations we wanted to make. Sunny ended up beating those prices by another $15,000 savings. This included Lawyers, movers, landscapers, framers, electrician, etc, from the contacts that he had. By hiring Sunny, we actually gained more savings than the commission that he made!!!!! Upon possession date, we were out of town. He ensured that the contractors had a way in and confirmed them all for their arrival dates. To say that this realtor goes above and beyond is an understatement. I only wish I knew of him sooner. We will definitely be seeing him again for all of our future home sales and purchases, and highly recommend him to all.
